  Staff was indeed very friendly( sounds clichee, I know), very good value for money. We stayed here because it is close to Munich(20 min by car) and to Neuschwanstein( 1,5 hours drive). It's quiet and away from the city agitation. Room is quite big, bathroom is also large. Breakfast was good and varied. Room was spatious, nicely furnished and clean, staff was polite and informative

  La posizione, appena fuori Monaco, é molto comodo per poi raggiungere velocemente la cittá. Il posto é molto tranquillo, in mezzo alla campagna. Colazione non eccezionale ma piú che dignitosa per il prezzo pagato. - Food was good and in general the room was nice.
