there are 2 big supermarkets. Very friendly staff, Mr. Thomas Schroth
helped us with check-in, thought it was not check-in time. He also
helped with the transfer to Heidelberg. I'm also very satisfied with
the breakfasts.

Was wondering why the price went up? When I stayed 2 week ago it was 67,00 euro/night. This time it was 77,00 euro/night. Why did the price increase? - Nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Due to the lack of Air-Conditioning in our Room, they cheerfully provided a Fan when we requested one.

The Hotel Traube is an exceptionally beautiful older hotel. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. We preferred to be out of the city centre so this hotel suited us. The tram stop is a few minutes walk and trams to Heidelberg run every 10 minutes during the day. Our Sat Nav found the hotel no problem. Approx. 10 minutes from the A5. We had a parking space in the courtyard but parking might be a problem when all the rooms are full.
Breakfast very good. Rooms clean. Wi Fi good. Good value for money. Bars and restaurants near the hotel.

Excellent money value! It was a very rare experience. At the moment we arrived, me and my husband felt very welcome. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The owner and staff were extremely nice and welcomed us like we were family. One very rarely experiences such outstanding services. Our entire stay was filled with nothing but peace/ quite surrounded around a very modern apartment environment. Wifi internet which was very reliable was included in the price along with a starter kit of tea or coffee. In sum, I highly recommend this Full Service Boardinghouse Apartments to other guests.

Nicolas and his wife were wonderful hosts. On the first day we arrived, the USB stick to connect to the internet could not work and Nicolas called the service provider and helped me with it until it was all functioning good.
