  Very friendly and helpful proprietor and staff; spacious and comfortable room/ensuite; excellent cuisine; easy access to Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein, Füssen, Forggensee etc. Highly recommended. - Friendly, helpful owners. Great, great place to stay.

  The rooms were very big and clean! The view from the balcony with flowers, was great: the clear lake below (in which we swum several times) and the mountains behind it! The hotel was between the green hills, we made nice walks: saw cows, sheep, horses, lovely farms. different kind of birds of prey, dears and even a ermine! We discovered a graveyar... cosa dice la gente » d out of the 14. century for victims of the plague. The food in the hotel was so lovely, that we used seven meals, every evening! The breakfast was f - The staff was very friendly. We had reserved two one-bed rooms, and were upgraded to lovely spacious rooms with incredible views of the castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. I would love to come back to see the new facilities as well, although I hope it is as quaint as this older building is!
