  Very comfortable and clean. We also had a lounge, of sorts, which came in handy as we took our dog with us and it was good to leave her there at night so she didn't wake us. There was also a balcony, which would have been useful had the weather been better. All together a very nice hotel, with really friendly people.

  I loved everything about this hotel. The Wegners are wonderful, helpful hosts.The hotel is charming and one of a kind--obviously a labor of love. Incredible breakfasts, comfortable beds, books and board games for guest use, complimentary mineral water and juice--all in a beautifully restored house in a lovely setting.   The pictures and description of this hotel don't do it justice. It is a quaint boutique hotel right by the river with a beer garden and spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and even helped with the luggage. It is super close to the river where you can watch the pleasure boats and barges on the water. There are 2 excellent restaurants along - The hotel is located in the old historic part of Floersheim. Within walking distance are the Main river, several restaurants, a shopping center and the train station. The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, elegantly furnished and very clean. We really loved that the entire hotel is decorated with pictures of movie stars and movie memorabilia.
