Wife left her cosmetic bag by mistake and the staff happily agreed to post it on to her. - Great views of Alps from balcony. Large comfortable room. Quiet location.   Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff is excelle

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing as was our room and the spa facilities. We had a wonderful stay almost 6 years to the day since we last stayed. Strongly recommended! We loved it!
