The kitchen facilities are shared which initially I was not too keen on but worked ok for us. Accommodation has been sound proofed so very quiet. You can eat indoors or on the patio in a beautifully kept garden. Owners live nex - Everything about it, I would say it was better than a three/four star hotel.
