It is located in a very quiet area, just near the lake Hintersee. During the stay, you receive a free parking ticket for entire area and a "Kurkarte" that allows you to have reductions on other parking and museums tickets. Absolutely excellent hotel situated in amazingly beautiful 'Bechtesgaden' setting. Staff is very attentive, we were warmly welcomed, and although the weather was terrible they still made our stay into a warm and cozy experience.
Tastefully and warmly furnished overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is pleasently staffed and the food is excellent, both from buffet and a-la-carte.
An absolutely wonderfull experience overall! Can't say anything less! We'd love to be back soon.

Relaxed cozy and romantic guest house steeped in the best traditions of the Alps situated next to Berchtesgaden National Park and within walking distance to the village of Ramsau through the well named Magical Forest. On top of these wonders, a gourmet restaurant is part of the business. All very reasonably priced. Outstanding value.
