  Everything. The location was perfect, almost next door to both a supermarket and the very worthwhile Porcelain Museum. Access to the town was easy, although there was a lot of flood damage, sadly, which made the walk a bit depressing. It was possible to park safely in the forecourt of the hotel.   I can't say enough positive things about this hotel and its friendly, considerate owner and staff, who went out of their way to help me: providing detailed information, picking me up from the train station, and returning me to the train station after my stay.   Fabulous. On arrival bikes were whisked away to the secure garage while we were checking in. An umbrella was offered without our even asking. The dinner restaurant suggested was excellent.   We had a large, quiet room. It and the bathroom were quite clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great. A dinner was very pleasant. The price was also reasonable - We were very warmly welcomed by hotel staff. Room no. 1 is a nice room with very pittorsque view to medieval main square and town hall. Great local beer.
