  We loved the space and that they accepted pets. We've lived in Germany for several years so the neighborhood didn't scare us. Graffiti doesn't mean gangs here. Our car was fine on the street and the apartment was very clean. The ubahn was right down the street so we used that to get to Leipzig altstadt. Room was clean, confortable bed, large bathroom(shared) with another 3 rooms, good kitchen(shared as well). Recommend to anyone looking for a quite place to stay.
