  The location was excellent - in the same square as Bach's St Thomas Church and the Bach museum. There are many good eating places very nearby. We were there to attend a Bach concert and enjoyed the Bach music wallpaper in the room therefore. The main station was a - The hotel was in exactly the right spot for us - opposite the Thomaskirche, next door to the Bach Museum, the Gewandhaus 5 minutes away. St Nicholas Church down the road. We went to Leipzig to listen to Bach as part of a trip to hear music by Wagner in Bayreuth, Mozart in Salzburg, Haydn in Eisensdat et etc. This hotel is superb
