  Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The bar manager Andre even organised my 60th birthday! I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

  The location is superb! Ani, the young lady at the front desk was very sweet, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean!   It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.   I liked the fact that it was so close to a U-Bahn station, close to other major U and S-Bahn stations. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and it was equipped with all the basics one could need. The internet was pretty good for my basic needs, after all I didn't go to Berlin just to stay in the apartment. It was in a great area, right by U-Bahn and other public transport, and walking distance from some great places. There are also a few really cool bars very nearby - Mein Haus am See was particularly good. Recommend to any group of mates on a holiday who want to be in the thick of the action.

I would typically stay in another hotel close by when visiting Berlin but I would make Karlito Apartments my regular place to stay from now on.
