  Appartamento bello e confortevole, molto pulito e con tutti i comfort. Spazioso per tutti e 4. Posizione ottimale, ben servita da tram/metro, ricca di ristoranti/bar e supermercati. Ottimo il bar/ristorante che fa da reception e ottima la possibilità di noleggiare lì le biciclette (mancano solo le bici piccole). - la pulizia e cura dell'appartament... cosa dice la gente » o, peraltro molto nuovo. la comodità (200 metri dalla fermata della metro)

  The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want. Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections. And a... cosa dice la gente » bout the reception staff they were very nice & helpful, we arrived early at 9:00 am in the morning they offered us having extra breakfast only 5 e - The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

  Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) . Good heating system, able to keep the apartment nicely warm in the Berlin winter. Clean and good looking.

  Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Free parking (24/7) in a nearby side street was relatively easy to get. 2 underground stations (diffe - Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed
