  Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance.   Location was excellent, a few steps from the subway (U-Bahn) as well as many restaurants, bars, local shops, etc... we felt like locals in the apt. Marienplatz is also a few minutes walking.   The apartment is new and it is smart apartment .the owner is kindly . You can find what you need for long stay .there is bus station near by the bilding. And from the apartment to city center 20 m .I recomended to stay in this hotel for long time and I hope to rent it in next visit and I think the price is very good - The staff were very helpful.
