The staff is polite. Since we do not have a good knowledge of the language, we assumed that there will be difficulties in communication... Free parking on the street (the hotel garage is not open as yet); friendly, welcoming receptionist, Janine gave us all the local info we needed. Bus stop outside the hotel if you didn't want to walk to the centre.
