I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

Ottimo hotel, completamente ristrutturato a nuovo a 200 mt da Alexanderplatz, molto pulito e comodissimo. Il phon c'è riposto nell'armadio e vi sono tende oscuranti per la luce. - L'albergo è situato in una posizione eccellente. Silenzioso e confortevole. Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes
including the hotel itself. There is Alexa shopping mall 2 minutes away

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. Il Park Inn è un palazzone moderno di 137 piani proprio in centro a Berlino. La metropolitana è ad un passo. Ottimo soprattutto per la passeggiata più bella (da Alexanderplatz a Porta di Brandeburgo): basta uscir dall'hotel e ci sono un sacco di cose da vedere. Camera ottima, sia in pulizia che in comfort. Particolarmente rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria, comodissima per chi proviene dall'aereoporto. Si fanno pochi passi con il bagaglio e si e' arrivati. Poi taxi sempre pronti e mezzi pubblici di ogni tipo. Nelle immediate vicinanze il quartiere piu' in voga per la vita notturna. Il tutto, soggiornando al 20° piano nell'assoluto silenzio e con una vista panoramica non comune sulla citta'

The decor and attention to detail....Personal style and not typical chain hotel...Good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant... Nice clientele, so quality fellow guests not package tour brigade..Staff very helpful and quality...Food good...Nice wines....Stayed in 4 hotels as car was being repaired ,my children thought this one the best,me too. -

We loved the morden design of the apartment. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is 5 min walk to Metro/train station. The manager is super friendly and responsive, he even loaned his cell phone for us to use during the stay. We had a great time in Berlin! -
