  The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hostel was clean and tiddy. They sold the Berlin Welcome Card which was very convenient and they are right across from a U-bahn stop. They are also right by a road with a lot of traffic but the hostel is back off the street so you don't hear any of it, which is great.   The hostel is located really in a very good place. There is underground just close to it and there are many good places to eat just near the entrance of the hostel. Very nice lobby bar where you can relaxe and chat with friends. Very nett stuff. - Good location in Kreuzberg right by the subway station Mehringdamm.   We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. When we wanted to extend our stay and the room wasn't available they tried their best to find a room for us. We were 3 people and we got one 2-persons bed and 3 sofas (the kind that opens for a bed)
