  Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and easy. Lena even gave us her own food as restaurant closed lovely girl. All staff nice but Lena went beyond her duties.Breakfast selection brill, even a boiled egg to order. Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.
