Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information.
Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe.
The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served.
I will surely come back if I ever come back to Dortmund

The hotel is classy, stylish and professional. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. -
Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)

La cortesia del personale e l'arredamento nuovo e funzionale - We had a delightful stay. Easy access, clean and well laid out. We were especially impressed with what they were able to do with an old factory. - The hotel is completely new and very beautiful.. It is like 3 or 4 stars. In every room there is a tv LCD and good services.

First reaction of the lobby area was the opulence of the décor a little garish perhaps, certainly different (unique) however, the hotel is in a
good location, next to the iconic U building, and Westentor U-bahn station, and a short walk to the City centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and well appointed, and excellent vfm.

We got an excellent welcoming of the front desk lady made for her job! Hotel is next to the highway and has enough parking space. ideal stop off on a long journey as just off (1 minute) the motorway. Very clean, friendly staff and great to be ble to order takeaway in through the hotel staff. Not necessarily the hotel to pick if you're going to the centre of Dortmund but perfect for what we needed. Good car park too and comfy bedrooms.
