The hiking around the area are superb. World class. If you hike, this is it! It is in the Mosul River Valley and there is not a bad view from anywhere. The owners are very nice. The food is excellent. The facilities are great. I will reccommend this place to everyone. - Breakfast was good and adequate, we really enjoyed this!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had a large bathroom and toiletries provided which we found rare on our travels at similar guest houses. It even had a kitchen with a refrigerator which was convenient. It was outside of the main city, but the walk wasn't too bad to walk into the city. -

quiet location and friendly owner. The owners do not speak much English but we worked it all out. we rented 3 of the 4 apartments available and found them all to be great in there own way. The top 2 apartments were small but still very comfortable. The main apartment on the lower level was VERY spacious and perfect for our family to meet up at mea

Ideal location, private and quiet but only 10 minutes from town centre. Nice views of river and hills. Comfortable and well-equipped with everything one needs. Deceptively spacious - ideal for a couple. Handy for shops and for touring. Lots to do and see nearby. Owner very friendly and helpful.
