  Staff was very nice. Good restaurant with expensive but food you could eat. They even cooked some delicious wiener schnitzel for us that was not on the menu. Breakfast was good but they could use some personal cooking like omelets or fried eggs made on the spot. Beautiful view of the Rhine from our junior suite.   Lovely hotel, very nice terasse, full of flowers and extremely clean, located on the banks of hte Rhine. The staff were very friendly, we had arrived later in the evening, but they had waited for us. The resstaurant is quite high-class, and amazing decorations. Internet access but had to make an account (easier to do for the geeks :). There is a passage - It was a great surprise to know the hotel. We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by the owners who run the hotel like a luxurious home. They spoiled us all the time: I was cold and she gave me some pills for flu; when we went way, in the morning, the owners even gave us valuable tips for the car rides. The hotel has a restaurant by the River Rhine which is very charming.

  A nice hotel right on the Rhine and near to the main part of town (Drosselgasse, etc). My room was a nice size and the bathroom was perfectly fine. WLAN was fast, stable and secure but requires a secondary log-on per device. Breakfast was an excellent buffet in a room overlooking the Rhine. The pool was small but was a nice addition. At the price I paid - The reception staff were very helpful, giving us an upgrade when there was a problem with our room allocation. The location was excellent - we had a room facing away from the Rhine which gave us great views of the vineyards. There was a very good choice for breakfast and the food was of good quality. The bed was really comfortable. There was no real noise problem even though we had the windows open all night - it was nice to hear the church bells!

  This hotel was perfect for the end of our European trip. The breakfast was soooo good...we went back for 2nds and 3rds and the hours were from 8:00 to 10:30AM so we didn't have to worry about getting up early for fear of missing it. The staff was very helpful with getting us set up with our parking since the streets are pretty narrow.
