  This was our second visit. The quality of the whole hotel is outstanding. The style of food is very Germanic but executed to a very good standard. If it were changed to be a little more interesting it would lift this hotel into the superclass.   Disponilibilità dello staff - The hotel was better than most would be in England for the price we paid. Even though the Euro was down to parity with the English pound it was still good value for money. In some ways we're a bit reluctant to recommend the fairy tale town of Bernkastel it would spoil it if thousands of visitors descended on it .
