  arredamento - friendliness - We were stuck in Hamburg with no where to stay at about 6pm, after a quick look on the internet we found this cheap hotel. We were checked into our rooms within 3 hours, by a guy called Frank who was more than helpful. The hotel was very clean, and comfortable.
