  I liked the location and interior of Ano 1609. Located right into the centre of town where everything happens, yet the hotel is a quiet private gated property providing privacy and comfort. We were able to book on the same day and the hosts were very kind to wait for us (we kinda got lost, due to the whole city being closed down for a festival). I... cosa dice la gente » liked the old gate door placed in the lounge. It gives it that 1600's feel. Awesome! - The decor is fabulous, a real blend of old meeting news. The history of the building is fascinating. The family are exceptionally friendly. The apartment is absolute luxury.
