  Everything! The staff are extremely polite and professional. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The selection of food at breakfast was excellent. We moved to this hotel after a very bad experience at another hotel in Paderborn.   The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. - good and new sauna facilities, very friendly and helpful personnel.
