The convenience of the location (between the airport and town) was brilliant. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was fully equipped with all the mod cons you would expect, very comfortable and above all, excellent value for money. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends and family! -

Thelocation is smashing within walking distance to a peaceful but efficient railway station. Excellent connections to Lindau, Ulm, Oberstdorf ,Wangen im Allgau etc. The town itself is beautiful, small with some very nice buildings. The staff were extremely gentle and helpful.The food for breakfast and also for dinner was excellent. Value for money...
Would strongly reccommend to anyone hoping to travel in wonderful Allgau.

Memmingen is a small very old town with its own special history. Approx 60 miles SW from Munich & 1/2-way between the Bodensee where Germany, Austria & Switzerland meet. About 15 mins from the small airport. It is used by lo-cost airlines to serve Munich. Storchenfarbe is a 15th century building, completely restored into luxury apartments and a small house, nicely fitted-out with everything one needs. Within the village, it's definitely the nicest hotel looking over
the marketplace. The breakfast is above average, was pleasantly
surprised to be able to get a cappuccino. Also the breakfast staff is
capable of running the room efficiently.
We stayed in a 3-adult room. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was modernly equipped (the main reason for choosing this hotel). The room was also huge.
If found the price very doable at 135 euro/night for 3 adults, including breakfast.

We stopped overnight when travelling form the UK to The Austrian mountains. The location was ideal and the place was fantastic. We did not stay to look around the area so cannot really comment. Breakfast was great and overall value for money was amazing. -
