Welcoming hosts and calm location. We phoned to explain we had had a puncture on the motorway and would not arrive until late. The hosts advised us to eat before arriving at the Roseraie, suggested where we would find a restaurant and gave no sign of being put out by having to stay up for us (we arrived at 22.30). Our room was clean and roomy with a comfortable bed.
This is a beautiful house, with several themed suites. It has been most tastefully done. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet, with every facility. The breakfast - with homemade conserves - was excellent.

Lovely bed and breakfast, the house is beautiful, with very friendly hosts, and we had a lovely jacuzzi bath in our room. Secure on site overnight parking (free). Would definitely recommend.
Lovely house and we had a large room with a big comfortable bed and
efficient bathroom. Only thing missing was a hairdryer. Breakfast was
excellent.

Be aware you can't pay your bill by card, not really a minus, but worth a mention.
Special spiral staircase for guests was gloomy and most unpleasant
especially at night, and most unwelcoming. I felt like an intruder in
the house. I would not stay here again purely because of that staircase.
There wasn't a restaurant nearby for our evening meal. But the owner booked us a very nice restaurant in the next village.

We stayed in the beach room which was satisfactory.but my sister had the golf room which needs some attention. The walls were stained with ?damp patches and the bedding was tired and uninviting.
We stayed in the Rose Room on the top floor in the attic. No view or window - only a roof light overlooking an industrial area.
