This spacious and comfortable holiday home is located between sea, forest and rivers. Quiet in a small village about 7 km from the famous town Paimpol. The house has lots of natural light, a large conservatory looks out onto a private enclosed garden of 2000m2. And a private garage where you park your bike(s) and your car. In the living and dining room you can enjoy the fireplace, watch TV or turn on the DVD-player. The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin and there is a separate toilet. In the utility room stands a washing machine. There is electric heating and in the fenced garden with garden furniture you can prepare meals on the barbecue. In the house is a corner created with tourist information. The area is excellent for hikers. The famous GR34 walking route is just a short distance from the house. This trail was constructed by the customs to combat smuggling. Nowadays the route intended for hikers. The route leads you along low - and high cliffs, peninsulas and capes elongated, sandy beaches, dunes, large tidal differences, estuarine mussel cultivation.
