The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. - Please note that a final cleaning fee of 15 EUR per person is not included in the price. - Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 40 EUR. - Towels are available for an additional cost of 20 EUR.
