Fridge with freezer compartment. 1 room with double bed, 30 m2 (access from the entrance) Private: grounds 4'000 m2 with flowers and trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, 01.05.-15.10.) with roller cover. Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating, burglar alarm. Parking in the grounds. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Please note: car essential. Grounds are partly made up of vineyards and olive groves.
