I was lucky to be the first guest at the hotel one day before the official opening. Very friendly staff, great location within terminal 3 of the airport. Was great for my purpose (one day business in Cairo). Overall, very trendy , yet simple, furniture. I liked many fine touches they had inside the room. Certainly recommended.

The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.

The reception - Mamook is very helpful and friendly. My gf felt uncomfortable with the rooms and he immediately changed the bed sheets and everything else but when my gf still feels uneasy because of the theme of the room, he changed a new room for me!! His actions has sincerely touched us and his practical tips and jovial character made our stay so memorable. He is warm, caring and cares for all the visitor! Keep it up ! He is truly a gem in the hotel.

I loved the professionalism from the staff. Mr Amr was impeccable in his dealings with us both online and in person. He booked the taxis for us from the airport and their own taxi service is great and the drivers are friendly and speak English. The taxis service was very flexible and the taxi rates were really good. The staff of this hotel make it a very warm and welcoming place. When ordering a take out the staff helped me heaps by translating what I wanted. They even let me use their mobile p
