The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.

L'incredibile vista delle piramidi dalla stanza.In più sono molto attenti alla pulizia della camera, che fanno anche 2 volte al giorno.Da segnalare anche la grande elasticità nell'orario della colazione (dalle 3 alle 11 a.m.!!!) - theo only good thing is the restaurants and the pyramid views.. the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to Airport, and easy to access the city with out going through the heavy traffic jams. Room size is comfortable and well furnished.
