They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.

  It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great.   There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. - I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.

  Everything was excellent during our stay, but that maybe because the hotel had just been open for 1 month. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and polite. The hotel is extremely clean and very modern.   The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff .
