Staircase to loft too steep.
Presented with the bill within 5 minutes of arrival and constant badgering for payment. I expect to pay my bill at the end of the stay Not the beginning. If payment in advance is required then this should be stated in the description. Constant requests for payment spoilt the stay for us.
