  Love it! The top view of Cesky Krumlov can be seen from our window. The villa is new and clean. Staffs were so friendly. The only worry was we have to pick up the key from its sister hotel. Anyhow, it is very convenient as two places are not really far from each other. The villa is not in the heart of old town but is of walking distance.   We had a wonderful stay at this Guesthouse!! It is a newly rebuilt and renovated old farm and has been decorated so simply, yet elegantly. Very clean, modern, and stylish!! The owner and his family run the place and so service is personal & individual and really great!! I can not say enough about this place. Paul and his wife are so friendly - It is a good example of a successful family business. My wife and me stayed there during 3 weeks, every day was a real pleasure. When something of these problems arose we were generously helped by the penzion stuff. But the majority of the guests were much younger!
