It was nice that it was close to the airport. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. Also, included the breakfast. Even though I don't recommend this place to other travelers, I am referring to backpackers that have to take public transportation (see what I didn't like for more). -

Room was reasonably clean and tidy and had some seats outside on the verandah which was quite cool. The bathroom was quite big, or should I say, had a huge shower area. The only thing I would say is that the windows were minimal, room was a bit dark, but then the rooms have the bright verandah to sit out on anyway. -

Servizi hotel, posizione e facilità di movimento con mezzi pubblici - Camera accogliente e silenziosa, bagno piccolo comunque funzionale,ottima e varia colazione.ambienti comuni spaziosi e confortevoli. Anchese un po' decentrato, la sua vicinanza al metro'(50 mt.) in 10 minutipermette di arrivare in piazza venceslao.consigliato!!!!

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs. The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . The restaurant was high quality. - Very competent and helpful English speaking staff at the reception desk (especially Lenka).Very good waiters in a hotel restaurant and very tasty food served there..

Camera molto comoda ed accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Non troppo distante dal centro, con rete tranviaria comodissima a pochi metri dall'Hotel. Ristorante interno molto carino ed accogliente, fanno delle zuppe buonissime!!! - Cordialità dello staff. Accoglienza "calda" della struttura
