  This is my third time visiting Zadar, and Apartments Aurora was perfect. Market literally around the corner and plenty of restaurants in all directions. The beach was less than five minutes away. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The apartment I stayed in had no issues at all.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Vanilla. Our room was clean & had everything we needed, and there is a big supermarket & smaller shop close by for stocking up on food. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off from the very hot sunshine, and the sun loungers around it are perfect for relaxing. It's about a 20 minute walk into Zadar, or a £5 - first impressions as we arrived in the blazing sunshine was this Villa was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Peaceful and elegant. The shower was great and powerful. A very cheap taxi ride from the Old Town, about £5.   Marina, our contact was waiting adjacent to the apartments on time as arranged. The location of Apartments Forum is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the old Roman forum, across the street to the waterfront promenade, and less than 5 minutes to the central pedestrian area and to many restaurants. We would recommend the apartment from a location and comfort point of view but be - The location of the apartment couldn't be more central. And it is so well stocked that you could live there for weeks. It had enough towels and blankets (in the winter it might be cold because I haven't seen any heaters in the bedrooms). The host was very considerate and communicated with us in order to set up a meeting place. The lady that met with us knew little english, but enough. We had to pay cash, either euro or kuna at check-in, and the check-out was very simple. We were 5 travellers in
