Very friendly hosts, apartment was well equipped. 20 minute walk into Split centre but easy to find. We were able to park outside and leave the car during our stay. The hosts showed us 2 lovely new apartments they were renovating which looked luxurious and they hope will be ready soon. The apartment we had was excellent value for money.

The best feature of Villa Kate is its location - minutes of walk from Diocletian's Palace, the markets, supermarkets and the Riva Promenade. It's well placed to join day tours and return to cool down in the air-conditioned sitting room before heading out to enjoy an evening stroll. We also liked the kitchenette and the power shower. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I am glad I asked them to book a taxi to meet us at the airport as we would never have found the place by ourselves! Over

PRISTINE apartment, very clean, large and spacious. Extremely friendly and accommodating owner who lived right upstairs. She had things you would need, like a hair dryer and straightener, and helped you plan your stay in Split! Villa Urbi et Orbi was 5 minutes walk to the center and just a few minutes more to the ferries and harbour. The staff were very friendly and we even arranged a drive to the airport through them. Split is a wonderful city to visit with beaches, ruins and lots of great restaurants! -

Apartment had everything you needed apart from a washing machine. It was comfortable, across the road from a nice beach (which was a bit tough on the old feet). Beach bar served cold beer and good food. Bus stop into town and shop only 100metres away.

Leila took us right under her wing. Not only did she welcome us with
open arms, her recommendations and helpful information made us feel a
lot less like tourists and more familiar before we even went exploring.
We ended up eating at the restaurant she suggested every night we were
there (Apetit)! Knowing we were up for some exercise she also suggested
some good running routes (lots of stairs nearby). When we realized we
would need another night after returning from our boat trip she
