Good sized double rooms both with excellent air-conditioning. Large balcony with table & chairs and kitchen was good. Swimming pool was also very good, especially after a warm day in the sun. Two bathrooms was also good.

My cousins and I could not have been happier with the accommodations and especially the location. I have been to Split many times and have in the past always stayed in hotels. This was my first experience with an "apartment" type of accommodation. I loved loved loved the patio for late evening relaxation and people watching. Everything was like new and very clean. Both Antonia and Robi were wonderful and were very helpful in making our stay one to remember. -
The apartment was a very nice size for 4 adults and magnificently located just outside the western wall of the palace at the Iron Gate. The terrace was amazing and spacious with a nice view of the square and a beautiful Romanesque house tower with Gothic belfry and Renaissance 24 hour clock adjoining the terrace. No bells ringing thankfully. Very charming and full of history. A great location to explore the palace and return to wonderful accommodations.

The hotel owners mid-20's son greeted us in the parking lot. He arranged to take care of our parking pass. He helped carry some luggage. We only stayed one night but it would be an ideal place for a longer stay, very centrally located, friendly staff and beautiful rooms (especially charming are the huge windows that open on to a very quiet street).

We stayed in the apartment - room 1. For the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given ice creams,coffee and nothing was any hassle. We even borrowed a beach umbrella. As a family we have travelled alot and I can honestly say the service provided by this team is 5star - exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would most definitely return. Some people have mentioned the bells but really, any where in Croatia you hear the bells at sometime! Didn't stop

Villa Verica gode di una posizione invidiabile: subito a ridosso della
spiaggia di ciotoli e in una strada che durante la giornata è chiusa al
traffico. La posizione è perciò tranquilla e defilata rispetto al caos
dei turisti. Fondamentale la presenza del garage (anche se a pagamento)
data la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio libero nei paraggi. La
sistemazione in monolocale é su misura per due come anche la piccola
cucina. Buona la possibilità di usufruire dei servizi dell'attiguo

We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

Very modern apartment! Great location. We stayed in a deluxe room which didnt cost much more than the standard room. We had a fully equipped kitchen, a seaview from the balcony, very modern bathroom.

Il bilocale ha un'enorme terrazza da cui si vede il mare, è ben organizzato, con una cucina completa. Tranquillo e piacevole, con wi fi free che funziona davvero. Molto disponibili i gestori che ci avevano inviato in precedenza le info richieste. -
