  felt luxurious compared to most of the places we stayed on our trip, laundry service available, excellent restaurant overlooking the water, free bike rental - Staff was very helpful. Location is close to Zrce. We thought it was a better choice in location over Novalja. The staff is extremely helpful.

  Very nice and friendly staff, they even drive you to the party beach Zrce (and pick you up in the morning!). The room for 8 persons was big enough and clean.   Very nice hosts, we loved them!! We were a group of young people on a party trip and it was perfect! It was okay to come home anytime or to use the balcony for pre-partying! The pool is huge and very clean, the villa is near the centre and some minutes from big supermarkets. There was some trouble with the wifi but they immediately helped us. Loved how close it was to the town. Was expensive but I guess you have to expect that for summer in Croatia!

  L'appartamento era nuovo, due camere doppie più soggiorno-cucina con divano letto e la possibilità di avere un letto in più, due terrazzini molto comodi. Il signore ci ha accolto molto cordialmente ed è stato molto molto gentile!! :) quando gli ho portato il compenso per l'appartamento mi ha anche offerto una birra, io gli avevo offerto una lasko ... cosa dice la gente » portata da casa...beh ricordatevi di non offrire mai birra slovena ad un croato, non l'accetterà mai XD l'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata de - Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Appartamento carino di nuova costruzione. Situato in ottima posizione, il centro di Novaglia è raggiungibile a piedi e a 5 minuti scarsi da Zrce.

Located in a quiet street in easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, beaches and the local harbour, it must be said that the overall location of the apartment was ideal. The rooms are spacious and appear to be newly furbished and are outfitted with all the required amenities. The Wi-fi Internet also proved to be fast. The management was very friendly and helpful, very much a family run establishment. My attempts at Croatian wer - Marina, the host of this hotel, is really nice and give us all we need to fell at home. We were 4 men, and stayed for 6 days. Everything was very clean and new. I highly recommend this venue to all of you who want to stay in Novalja. If you are looking to go Zrcè, this venue is the best one (Close to the downtown of Novalja, close to the bus station to Zrcè, close to Supermarket...)

  It was located at the best spot. 5-10 minute walk from the shopping mall and the bus stop. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Apart from all the things that makes this apartment awesome for a perfect stay, Darko (owner) made it even better.   I had a great stay here at the House Novalia. I loved the fact it was clean and wasn't too far from the beach and the restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was awesome.
