The hotel owners mid-20's son greeted us in the parking lot. He arranged to take care of our parking pass. He helped carry some luggage. We only stayed one night but it would be an ideal place for a longer stay, very centrally located, friendly staff and beautiful rooms (especially charming are the huge windows that open on to a very quiet street).

I loved Apartments Familia for many reasons. The #1 reason were the owners Ankica and her husband. Ankica was so welcoming, she answered all my correspondence, had her lovely husband collect us from the bus, gave us a bottle of her home made cherry brandy that was magnificent, and was available for any queries that we had. I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers. Minutes to restaurants and a very short stroll to the beach and markets.

Studio looks like 5* hotel room.It is super clean,with everything you need for confortable stay.Suitable for couple or small family with enough space for slepeeng,eating and enjoying:-)Car is safe from sun in underground garage and locked with card key.It was more than I expected. -

L'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato era un monolocale piccolo ma essenziale, con il terrazzino dove si poteva cenare la sera. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana e siamo stati benissimo. The staff were all exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The location is great with excellent views and a very short walk to the main port-side part of town. -

Brand new, comfortable and modern. Family run and owners were super, asking all the time if everything was okay and what extra we needed. Access to a washing machine was great as we were travelling with our 1 year old daughter.
Views of the sea and 50m walk to the beach, promenade and cafes made our holiday easy and enjoyable. Also located in a nice part of Makarska.
