  Awesome service! Friendly front desk who checked us in really fast. Though only one room was ready for us to check it but it was great as we were up early to start our travel to Zhu hai and all we wanted is to be able to rest and wash up. Rooms were spacious and superbly clean. Very convenient too! Just less than 10 mins walk from the Border Gate ... cosa dice la gente » within the mall below. - I think the design and interior of room is the best part I appreciated while no chances for me to use any of the facilities like pool and gym side,relaxing area, the best should be the location just 100m away from Macao which really convenience and save time a lot to cross border.

  Tidiness, good breakfast service (wide choice, incl. European), the staff is friendly and helpful. The internet is working so so. The rooms are large, in urgent need of refurbishment. - It's the best western option in Zhuhai. Better english than average , confortable and in a good location.

  As the category of rooms we booked were full, we were upgraded to a better category and as a result, probably we were better served and standard of rooms were better. Notwithstanding, we do appreciate being upgraded. - The location is good very near shopping area and gongbei port. There are eatries next to the hotel

  All staff are well trained. Excellent customer service. I would rate the staff in the front line as 5 star hotel standard. Room is reasonably clean. - 1. The room is clean and fresh. 2. The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
