  I happened to have lost my laptop in the airport, and I only found out when I reached out hotel. The concierge people - 2 female staff - followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back. It was more to how calm they were and followed up.   Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate. Wonderful gesture, but as I had a 1am flight, wasn't able to take full advantage of staying the night.
