  It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean. Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay.   Location, location, location! I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily. The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there. It was disappointing I didn't get the same kind of r - The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and especially the rooms is outstanding. The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi. The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
