I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a
fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was
helpful and most spoke some english.
The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting

Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there.
I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring! -

Had a wonderful stay at the Ascott Shanghai. The location is perfect, easy access to lots of the shopping spots and subway station is just a few mins walk. The staff is really helpful and sincere. Everything is just great, def value for the money! -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.

Loved everything about the Pudong Shanghai La. Simply of world-class
standards all the way through. I was especially impressed by the dinner
