Staff were very friendly and helpful.Rooms were comfortable and well equipped.Starting to look a little tired in spots but overall very good.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and our room was situated on a
quiet side of the hotel so there was no noise from the street. The beds
are a bit hard, but once you get used to them ok. Staff speaks a bit of

Our family commends the concern beyond duty by the staff of the hotel. especially Rebecca Gel, Hannah Huang and Icy Xei. Whatever limitations the hotel has,the staff's sincere desire to help their guests makes up for them. The place is strategically located too near the bus station.

The rooms are great, Wifi works fine and extra water was available for
free. The prices of the drinks in the minibar are good. Service of the
staff is great, although English is sometimes minimal. But they try

Stayed in a seaview room. Nice view of Guangyu Island.
Very nice room, very comfortable bed, free wi-fi and wired internet in room worked well, good breakfast buffet. Terrace bar food was surprisingly tasty and well-cooked.
Xiamen is a great city for a short 4-5 day holiday, plenty to do. Also shopping much cheaper than Shanghai / Beijing. Sea

The hotel is centrally located for shopping, ferry, restaurants. We booked a delux room with seaview but got upgraded when we checked in...which was lovely. Booking a room with seaview is a must. The staff were also very helpful from reception, room service and the restaurants.

The staff spoke very little English, but he was friendly and tried hard.
The location is great. It is right next to the downtown, and other tourist attractions could be reached via bus. I don't think I can find a better place at this price. -
