All of the staff were courteous, helpful and solicitous. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was nice, near metro stop and easy walking distance of many fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Only one block off of major avenue in Santiago central downtown area. The terrace in the back was a nice oasis of quite and cool ambience in the afternoon.

The room were very cosy and the staff are friendly, ready to help, and
they speak english and a little portuguese. It is located only one block
from the metro station in a nice area. Very good for those who, like me,
suffer from allergic rhinitis: no carpets on the floor! :)

What was there not to like. Rooms were very quiet and private; very clean; and secure. The owner was very accommodating to us on our late check-out requests and any other requests we may have had. We felt safe on our walks and it is located in a beautiful area.
My wife and I were there four days and had eight others join us.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
I can sure you we will book Bruno's the next time we travel to Santiago.
