  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. - Very good location

  Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!

  it was very convenient for visiting our daughter in Santiago. We were able to walk to the center of town for meals and it was convenient to the Metro. - The place is very well located, all staff is very friendly and does everything to make your stay easy and good.
