  The place is family owned and operated. Very nice people. Very close to public transportation,and walking distance to many stores and places to eat. Sky train is about a 5 minute walk away. And you can take it straight into Vancouver for about 2.75$ each. Neighborhood felt safe and was clean.   It was a room for one night before our trip back to the U.K after a 2wk trip to Vancouver Island. Cintinental breakfast was included and this was fine and satisfying. Room great, aircon worked, shower fine, fridge worked, tv, tea and coffee machine worked. All was good.
