  The concierge was very personable, the food at the William Tell Bistro was delicious and the room was very nice for the price. - The hotel was very convenient to access BC Place and local restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

  Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient!   My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!! - The location was central to the downtown area and made walking to our destinations easy. Shopping was just steps away.

  This is an amazing hotel which I would recommend to anyone I know needing accommodation in Vancouver. Absolutely fabulous.   The stuff were really helpful and friendly. They prepared an extra bed and crib with bedding for us before we arrived. The two-bedroom suite is large enough for small kids to run around and it has very nice views. Although the furnishing is dated, the suite is very clean and comfortable. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay! - The suite was very clean, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. Glad we paid a little extra and got the suite with the balconies and fireplace. Location was easy access to water taxi, or a good walk over the bridge to get to Granville .Island. Granville Street was very close too, we walked it every night. It had many pubs and stores. Police were present, we always felt safe.
