We have stayed there before and it is close enough to shopping that my wife can walk there while I am golfing. -
Staff was super friendly and hotel is located very close to shopping. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The location of the hotel was good for coming off the highway. There
were some nice shops close to the hotel. They gave us a map pointing out
features close by. Valet parking was only $5 more than park it yourself.
The staff are friendly and helpful with info. -
Went to a concert and the Delta connected via pedway to the location. We did not have

There is plenty of space, though the rooms are very basic. It's
definitely nice to have a kitchen. The cost is less than a regular
hotel, and the campus was nice and quiet when we were there in August.

A good stopover point in St. John to or from Nova Scotia and PEI to catch up, do laundry, check emails in a comfortable room. Very accommodating staff. Location was close to Reversing Falls but not within walking distance. A Papa John's pizza was next door. -
Great value for the price. Free continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi in rooms.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the staff was so friendly. My son lives in Rothesay so it was very convent for us to visit with him and we enjoyed a nice walk around the beautiful neighborhood and over to Tim Horton's . Thank you ! -
It was a comfortable, clean and cosy establishment. The complimentary self serve breakfast was excellent.

Very short walking distance to the old town center. The ownwers were very friendly and gave us some useful information about where to eat and what to visit. Georgous house, nice room with all amenities like hair drier. We could decide which room we liked.

The couple who own the B&B, Dwight and Cheryl, were charming, informative about restaurants and activities in the area, and the room we had was lovely and comfortable. Innkeepers Cheryl and Dwight are just fantastic. They made me feel cared for and completely at home. Cheryl's breakfasts are absolute delicious. I stayed in The Parlour Room and it was spacious, with a full kitchen. The location is wonderful, just a 5 minute walk from the Old Market. I highly recommend the Earle of Leinster and will stay there the next time I'm in Saint John.

Exceptional staff, especially Sherry. She located an item my wife left behind, and saved it for us for a week. They made great restaurant recommendations, and met our every need, cheerfully! Rooms are terrific, handsome decor and very comfortable beds.

Kind staff, simple but very clean rooms. Parking right in front of your room. Coffee and cereals for breakfast. The motel actually sits on a hillcrest and offers nice views of the sea. Stayed there twice and can only recommend it to anyone on their way through St John (wouldn't spend much time in the city though). -

The B&B is wonderfully located in St. John in a neighborhood with interesting architecture and many restaurants a few blocks from the harbor. My room was tiny but pleasant, and the bed was comfy. There's a large deck above a beautiful garden. The hosts are friendly, kind, and helpful. And they have a very fine cat! -
